Our commitment is to uphold the highest standards of service while fostering clear and transparent communication with our clients. Below is our customer service policy, which outlines our procedures and standards of practice.

Service Scope and Timelines

We offer a range of services from professional engineering, including PE stamping, to property rehab, construction and property management. The timelines for engineering services, including those requiring a Professional Engineer’s stamp, will take a minimum of two months due to the detailed nature of this work.

Construction services are subject to varying timelines, often extending over several months, depending on the complexity and scale of the project.

Payment Terms

An initial payment is required at the start of any project. This payment secures the allocation of resources and initiates the preliminary stages of work. Further payments for both engineering and construction services are structured around specific milestones, which will be clearly outlined in the contractual agreement.

Non-Refundable Initial Payment

Please be advised that initial payments for both engineering drawings and construction services are non-refundable. This is due to the allocation of resources and the commencement of work that occurs once a project begins. Clients will be informed of this non-refundable policy prior to making the initial payment to ensure full transparency and agreement.

Holiday and Non-Working Periods

TB Property Management LLC has a diverse team and observes various holidays, including most Christian and Islamic holidays. We also observe most federally recognized holidays. Clients will be notified of these holiday periods and in the event of the observance of religious holidays or staff vacation time we assure you that we will work diligently on your project upon our return. We appreciate your understanding.

Project Cancellation

In the event of a project cancellation by the client, our policy stipulates adherence to the signed agreement's cancellation terms. Should a project be canceled after commencement, the initial payment remains non-refundable, and any work completed until that point will be provided to the client.

Communication and Dispute Resolution

We believe in maintaining open lines of communication and encourage our clients to reach out with any questions, concerns, or updates regarding their projects. Any disputes or concerns will be addressed promptly, with a focus on achieving a resolution that is equitable for all parties involved.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

Requests for refunds beyond the initial payment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in line with the signed contractual agreement. Payment disputes will be managed through a formal process, ensuring that both the client's and TB Property Management LLC's interests are fairly represented.
